Im thinking about getting a butterfly tattoo on my ankle for my 21st birthday. The outside of my ankle not inside. What do you think of that?? Is it still cool to get it in that spot? I know every girl gets it on their lower back but i just want something small. Tell me your opinion!! Also, how much will it hurt??? Thanks!

i think a butterfly tattoo is too cliche…Most of the time when i see a butterfly tattoo on the ankle, the ankle belongs to a smokerdrinker shriveled up harley momma…but that’s just my opinion….All tattoos will hurt, it is a needle going into your skin…plus when my brother called they told him “Tattoos aren’t for Pu$$y’s” and i agree

i believe if your gonna get a tattoo let it have meaning.. even if it is small. everybody says butterflies and stars are so cliche.. but if you get a unique one then it will stand for something you really wanted.
and also with today’s society and businesses tattoos are frowned upon so a small tat on your ankle is a good idea. it will hurt the area around the ankle because there isn’t much muscle to cover the tendons and the ankle bone.
Personally, I think it’s a bit cliche. But to each his own.
And yes, it will hurt. Because there is no “meat” on the ankle.
