Does anyone know of any free sites to find fairies and other mythological creature tattoo designs. ?

by Maeva

I am looking for very colorful designs. I would really like fairies, flowers, butterflies, and other mythological creatures that you may see surrounding them. I am looking to do a sleeve so I need many different ideas. Thank You!

Just click on the image part on google and type what you want…brings up loads of pictures that you have to shuffle through…best of luck!

- go to google images.
– (doing several different searches)
– first type in “fairies”
– go through a few pages… (easier if on google you set your search page to show 100 results per page…)
– then as a new search, try typing in “fairies color pages” and or “fairies color book”
– then as the next search try “fairies flash”
– next search “fairies tattoo flash”
-basically using diff configs of these words you will find tons of images…

Also, try doing these searches on Deviantart.com… I love this site but you need to get permission from the artist before using their image.

The best thing you can do is pull up several images you like, print them up, and then take them to your tattoo artist. Show them what you like about each picture (ex. the wings on this pic, the hair from this other one, the position of that one, the colors from this last one and so on,…) write what you like about each on that particular picture. Ask your tattoo artist if they can draw you up something like that. Come back and a few days and you will have a custom tattoo with all the concepts you wanted… plus no one else will have it. Its like you helped your artist create it, their artistic abilities and your great ideas… a one of a kind piece that you will cherish longer than one you just pull up from a website or book… :)

You can view the designs for free but you have to pay to download it, but its worth the money because you can show the tattoo artist exactly what you want.
